Description
To change the title of an attachment simply type in a new title in the title field of the attachment.
The attachment will be removed from the knowledge document.
This also deletes the internal copy of the attachment. This operation does not affect the original version of the attachment from which it has been loaded into powerKNOW some time in the past.
This option will only be available if you are an editor (see User Roles for details).
The attachment will be viewed in a separate browser window.
If this symbol is not shown, powerKNOW is not configured to show this type of document in the browser (see configuration of mimetypes).
(Depending on the type of attachment the browser will need additional software to be installed on the client for presentation)
Download the attachment to store it on the client.
