This dialog is used to search, list and select documents.

| Title |
Title of the knowledge document. This title is a hyperlink. Using the link will enter document viewer to view this document. |
| Status/St |
Status of the knowledge document. For the possible statuses of a knowledge document see Glossary. The status can be shown in text or as a small picture. The images symbolize the status as follows: = under construction = completed = released/approved |
| Attachment Count |
Count of attachments associated with the document. This information can be shown as a numerical count or as a small picture. When using pictures these have the following meaning: 1 attachment is associated
2 or more attachments are associated

| Date created | Date and time when the document has been created. |
| Date changed | Date and time when the document has been changed for the last time. |
| Date released | Date and time when the document has been released/approved for the last time. |
| Additional row(s) |
For each document listed the additional rows can show some excerpts
from the document. Which excerpts to show can be configured with the
config key "AdditionalrowData".
"Highlights" = If you've done a fulltext search snippets from the text will be shown highlighting the best matches. If you've not done a fulltext search the same info will be shown as for "Abstract". "Abstract" = This is an excerpt from the first structure text (structure field 000) of the document. |
| Tooltip | Each document listed can also have a tooltip text showing some excerpts from the document. Which excerpts to show can be configured with the config key "TooltipData". The configurable contents is the same as for "Additional row(s)". |
| Score |
If the document list is the result of a fulltext search this
is the score information from the fulltext engine. It stands for the
relevancy of the document as computed from the fulltext search. This value is only valid to compare the different documents in a result list. Again this information can be shown numerically (0.00 - 1.00) or as a small picture. When using pictures these have the following meaning: 0.00 >= Score > 0.25
0.25 >= Score > 0.50
0.50 >= Score > 0.75
0.75 >= Score
