This page can only be used by users having a user role
of 'knowledge manager'.
All users known to powerKNOW are shown in the list.
Select a user in the list to show his/her attributes.
To change attributes of a user:
Select the user in the list. Overwrite / change the attributes as appropriate.
Switch to another user or press "Store...".
To change the password simply type in the new password in the password field.
To remove an existing password type in one space.
To create a new user:
Press 'Add User'. Change the attributes as appropriate.
Afterwards switch to another user or press "Store...".
To delete an existing user:
Select the user in the list. Press 'Remove User'.
This is not possible for the actual user (the user running this dialog).
Attributes of a user.
Username
Name of the user.
This name has to be used when doing a login.
If activated, the user has a user role
of 'editor' assigned.
Is Expert
If activated, the user has a user role
of 'expert' assigned.
Is Approver
If activated, the user has a user role
of 'approver' assigned.
Is Knowledge Manager
If activated, the user has a user role
of 'knowledge manager' assigned.
Is Disabled
If activated, the user is disabled. The user will not be allowed to
login to powerKNOW.
Is Reader
If activated, the user has a user role
of 'reader' assigned.
This checkbox is always activated and cannot be changed: Every user
registered here is a reader.
All the changes you've made to a user will be stored when you leave the
dialog using a 'Store' button or when you switch to another user.
Leaving the dialog with 'Cancel' will discard all changes made to the user
currently selected.
Please be aware: Using links from a navigation menu (main banner, ...)
other than the 'Store...' buttons described will
discard whatever changes you are currently doing. These changes will be lost.
