When you have purchased powerKNOW you will receive a mail with
the license information. You will need two informations from this mail:
License name
This is the name of the licensee.
License key
This key contains the information what options you have purchased.
To store the license navigate to the license page (Administrative tasks -> License).
Enter both informations into the apropriate fields and press 'Store ...'. This will
store the license information on your computer.
Be sure to copy both informations exactly as stated in the mail. Both
informations are used case sensitive. It's best to copy them via Cut+Paste.
Attention: When you use powerKNOW productively you should make sure to remove or disable
the test user (after creating a new user with role 'knowledge manager') or
assign a new password.
Having an active user allowed to do anything and having no password at all or a well
known password could be a severe security risk for a productive system.
